Hughes Entertainment is here for you every step of the way.
Great entertainment that provides live music, DJ programming and host/master of ceremonies is meshed into any celebration or event.  A superior range of performance and experience is always a good bet for success – whether it’s a wedding, corporate holiday party or gala, private party, or a night club occasion.

As a prospective client, you want to know how the process works, flows - and is understood.  Planning a wedding or any special happening can be stressful; at Hughes Entertainment we have created a formula that clears the way of stress, worry or concern.

Follow the ‘pros’ – don’t compromise your celebration. It is vital to have a team that knows the way to produce a great entertaining event!  Hughes Entertainment, led by Joe Hughes Jr. and Joe Hughes Sr., knows the way!

The Consultation

The first step to decide whether Hughes Entertainment is the best choice for your party and guests begins with a phone or video consultation. This conversation allows us to to personally get to know you a little bit, understand your vision for the event, and make our offer to transform your vision into a positive reality. Functioning as a family business, we are relationship centered- which drives everything we do. During the consultation, we listen to your questions and give you our best answers and solutions. We’ll explain our specially designed packages that fit your special needs and expectations.

The Agreement

When you decide that Hughes Entertainment is the perfect match for your event, we’ll agree to terms through a mutually signed contract that includes a good faith deposit to secure your date. From here, we’ll continue to be available for any communications.

The Meeting

Hughes Entertainment will arrange an in-person meeting about five weeks prior to your scheduled event. For weddings, our packages include a personal meeting. It is here where all the planning comes together and is fine-tuned.  During our meeting, we will discuss the specific details of the event to assure we are prepared to perform at an optimum level. For wedding ceremonies and receptions, we request the completion of two Hughes Entertainment worksheets prior to the meeting.  These completed forms will allow us to guarantee music requests, create important timelines, highlight spotlight moments and dances, and establish the all-important bridal party introductions.

With Hughes Entertainment working alongside you, we promise to do our part to make your special occasion the best it can be. Every detail is important to us. We have a goal to create great memories that last for years to come.  Our mission is to exceed your expectations.
